We believe that meaningful progress rarely comes from pursuing more opportunities, initiatives, or activities. It comes from choosing carefully, committing fully, and building with patience, discipline, and character.
The name Setius comes from the Latin for “less” – a deliberate reference to the founder’s family name, Weninger. It reflects a simple principle: focus on fewer things, take greater responsibility for each of them, and build what lasts.
